from the clash of swards
to the cracks in the law courts
a beginning of change
to the drop of stain
of an army's life sacrificed
of raging sin that's sanctified
we pray with our heads down
and cast our votes round
we see the sun afar through a window
and saved by the wind blow
we find time at the end of the rainbow
and smile at every season
and be bold at every reason
that time is like a prison
